In a world where speed reigns supreme, Kiyo's Garage owner Mitsuhiro Kiyonaga takes an uncompromising approach to his custom builds. This year, he finally set a new world record on his Knucklehead at El Mirage. In this special feature, we spotlight two land speed bikes produced by Kiyo's Garage and include an article from Suguru Murakami of Kumamoto's Red Hot Motorcycles in which he reflects on his first land speed race as a rider for Kiyo's Racing.

Vehicles of an unprecedented level of quality gathered for the15th chopper carnival From June 22 to 23 Born-Free the famous custom bike show celebrating choppers and vintage motorcycles was held for the 15th time in California’s Oak Canyon Park. Here we take a look at the machines crafted by up-and-coming builders leading the current custom scene.

◎THE YOSHIMURA-HONDA CB72’s RETURN TO SUZUKA
弊誌Vol.49でフィーチャーしたYOSHIMURA-HONDA CB72。Pop吉村のチューニングにより1964年の鈴鹿18時間耐久で活躍した伝説的な車両が、半世紀上の時を経て再び鈴鹿サーキットへ舞い戻った。伝説のレースから60年、そしてヨシムラ創業から70年にあたる節目の年に吉村不二雄のライディングによって伝説の“72”はその咆哮を鈴鹿に響かせた
In issue 49 of this magazine, we featured this Yoshimura Honda CB72. The machine tuned by Pop Yoshimura that raced in the 1964 Suzuka 18-hour endurance race made a return to the Suzuka Circuit. 60 years after the legendary race and 70 years after Yoshimura was founded, the roar of the legendary 72, ridden by Fujio Yoshimura, echoed throughout the circuit.

青森・三沢の地で開催されてきたダートレース、Dusters Cup。2018年の初開催以来、多くのヴィンテージフリークたちを引き寄せ、独自の世界観を築き上げてきたイベントがひとつの区切りを迎えた。青森・三沢のフリークたちがシーンに遺した爪痕は計り知れない。
Misawa, Aomori Prefecture, is the home to the Dusters Cup dirt race, which was first held in 2018. The event, whose unique atmosphere has attracted throngs of vintage freaks, was held for the last time this year, but the impact it has left on the scene is immeasurable.
